Yoga & Walking Workshops 2018

A day of deeply restorative yoga in a lovely room with sea views, and a walk along the coastal path after lunch. The price includes soup for lunch, and afternoon cookies. Tea/coffee can be purchased in the bar. The day ends with yoga nidra – a long, guided relaxation.

10-12pm Restorative Yoga
1-2.30pm Walk along coast path
2.30-3pm Tea and cookies
3-5pm Yoga, meditation and long relaxation

Yoga and Walking Workshop information:
Sunday Date TBC – St George Community Centre, Church Road, St George
We will walk around hidden St George and Troopers Hill and have a cup of tea and chocolate brownies in the afternoon. The day ends with yoga nidra – a long, guided relaxation. A lovely way to relax and prepare for your return to work after the summer.

Saturday 10am -1pm Sunday, £72 (includes lunch/cake Saturday)
The weekend includes 3 yoga classes and 2 walks.
The price includes Saturday lunch of home-made vegetarian soup, bread, cheese, fruit; and afternoon tea and cakes.
Saturday dinner is in a local pub for those who want to join us (payable separately).
Lower Slaughter is a beautiful village with a stream running through it near Bourton-on-the-Water in the Cotswolds. The walks will be circular from the Village Hall and take in the lovely, peaceful surrounding countryside.
Participants stay in local B&Bs. You must book and pay for this yourself. Some suggestions will be sent with your booking form.

Information for all yoga and walking workshops
Yoga Mat (Let me know if you don’t have one). Yoga blocks if you use them.The Yoga: An eclectic mix of relaxing hatha yoga: breathing exercises (pranayama), asanas, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all levels of ability.
The Walks: Circular from the yoga room and easy in pace (3-4 miles).
What to bring:
- Warm blanket/clothes/cushions for relaxation.
- Walking clothes – waterproofs/boots/hat and gloves
- A day pack, water bottle, camera etc for walking.

Full payment in advance. Refundable up to one month before the weekend. After that, non-refundable unless I can fill the space. In the event of a workshop being cancelled a full refund is made.
