I’m looking forward to the yoga and the pelvic floor workshops at Yogawest next weekend: http://www.yogawest.co.uk/workshops/karen-wilde-2223-june-2012/ with Karen Wilde from Australia. It should be really interesting and useful for me but also in relation to the pregnancy yoga classes.
